Bug Bux+ started in 2020 as a small Facebook group where pest control entrepreneurs could connect and share ideas. What began as a community quickly grew, launching the Bug Bux Podcast in 2021 and expanding into an online education platform in 2023.
Today, Bug Bux+ is the go-to resource for pest control business owners who want to network, learn, and grow. Through private communities, expert-led training, and industry partnerships, we bring together thousands of entrepreneurs who are building stronger, smarter, and more profitable companies.

Allan Draper is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and business growth strategist with a passion for helping service-based companies reach their full potential. As the co-founder of Bug Bux, Allan combines his deep industry knowledge with a knack for strategic marketing to equip pest control owners with the tools, insights, and connections they need to scale.
Allan got his start in the pest control industry by building his own company from the ground up, growing it into a multi-million-dollar operation and eventually expanding into multiple markets. Along the way, he discovered a calling for entrepreneurship that extended far beyond pest control. Over the years, he has launched and invested in a portfolio of successful businesses spanning home services, software, and media.
Whether he’s speaking on stage, recording an episode of the Bug Bux Podcast, or mentoring a new founder, Allan’s focus remains the same: helping business owners turn challenges into opportunities and build companies that thrive.
When he’s not building brands or developing growth strategies, Allan enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new business ideas, and finding new ways to make a positive impact in the entrepreneurial community.
